Drew graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in History. While in school, he worked as a carpenter on a variety of residential projects, expanding his knowledge of woodworking and increasing his ability to manage multiple projects. 

After college Drew worked a couple of desk-jobs, but ultimately decided he prefers working with his hands. He moved to Athens in 2024, and resumed his carpentry career in 2025 at Webber Coleman Woodworks, building face frames and operating the CNC machine. He is now responsible for purchasing materials and tools for the shop. Though his position now requires him to spend some of his time at a desk, he is still able to work with his hands maintaining the facility and equipment.

When not working, Drew can be found cooking new dishes, playing trivia all over town, and running excess energy out of his two cur dogs - Cletus and CiCi
